• Contractor worked along Monroe Street from 8th to 10th Street NE setting up steel plates support for crane and demolition equipment on the bridge for Phase 1 Construction.
• Contractor worked at east of 9th Street and Monroe Street NE, placing and compaction 2’’ asphalt pavement for utility cut repair.

• Due to construction, there is no parking on Monroe Street from 7th – 8th Street NE.
• Signs directing motorist and bicyclist have been posted. Please stay alert and obey signage when traveling through this area.

• Contractor worked along Monroe Street from 8th to 10th Street NE, setting up MOT devices and barriers on the bridge for Phase 1 Construction. At east of 9th Street and Monroe Street:  excavating trenches, installing and encasing PVC conduits.
• Contractor worked at east of 9th Street and Monroe Street NE, installing Geotextile fabric, reinforcing steel and placement of concrete for utility cut repair.
• Contractor worked at Monroe Street from 8th to 9th Street NE, setting up barriers fence on the bridge for Phase 1 Construction.

• Contractor worked at the east side the intersection of 9th Street NE and Monroe Street NE, excavating and installing manhole.
• Contractor worked along Monroe Street NE from 7th to 10th Street NE, removing existing and re-striping new line markings.
• Contractor will be working along Monroe Street NE from 7th to 10th Street NE, setting up MOT devices and barriers on the bridge for Phase 1 construction.

• Contractor FMCC worked at the west side of the intersection of 8th Street and Monroe Street NE and east side of 9th Street and Monroe Street NE, placing and compacting 2” of asphalt for roadway restoration.
• Contractor worked at the east side the intersection of 9th Street and Monroe Street NE, saw cutting asphalt for utility trench, installing manhole.
• Contractor worked along Monroe Street from 8th Street to 10th Street NE, marking elevations/locations for temporary barriers and manholes.

PLEASE NOTE:
Due to construction, there is no parking on Monroe Street from 7th – 8th Street NE for the period of 8/14/17 – 11/11/17.
NO PARKING signs have been posted.
